Summary

Politics is the process by which groups of people make decisions.

So politics has various features: Power, Authority,Violence. 

Power is defined as the ability to influence the behavior of others with or without resistance. Politics powers are not limited to heads of states.

Authority,this is often cinfused with 'Power'. But the meaning is differ absolutely.

The meaning of authority refers to a claim of legitimacy, the justification and right to exercise power. And it was distinguished three types by Max Weber :Rationallegal,Traditional,Charismatic.

Violence is the right to use power to force citizens to do what the government deems appropriate. But violence has a paradox. For example,Do governments have authority if they do not have the right to use violence? And, do governments derive their authority from their right to use violence?  

And there are many types goverment:                                               Monarchy,Democracy,Totalitarianism,Oligarchy,Communist state  theocracy and so on.

And The voting rate will appear unequally, depending on what gender,class,race,age

opinion 

I knew just a few types of goverment. However, After read this document,

 i realized that there are many types of goverment  for example,Monarchy,Totalitarianism,Oligarchy.

And i have a opinon about the paradox of violence.

I think that the goverment needs to power for control people. but,To control people,

some violence is necessarily needed. But it should not exceed degrees.

What is the substantial ways to solve 'inequality of the voting rate'?
