The village was once a poor farming community, but is now considered as a multi-million dollar conglomerate in the steel and shipping business. There are currently around 2000 registered residents who have free access to healthcare and education, are provided with luxurious homes and cars, and have at least USD250,000 in savings. Gambling and drugs are forbidden within the community.

The catch is that everyone works 7 days a week, and leaving the community means leaving everything you have worked for behind. No one is able to take away their personal assets. This begs the question, does anything really belong to the residents, or are they just caught in the illusion of a "Matrix-like" utopia?
