Socialization is process of preparing human who is pursuing social life.

Primary socialization appears in a child and adolescence. Secondary socialization happens in the overall process of life. Person's identity is formed in the course of socialization.

It is very hard to socialize people isolated at very early age. Because people who grew up in wild lack basic social skills. So socialization in child is very important.

Socialization is different according to parent's class. Middle class emphasized creativity and independence.

On the other hand, low class emphasized conformity.

Socialization is process of adapting way that can be used to particular society. Socialization is essential in interpersonal relationship, but we should be careful because it is different depending on the culture. And socialization will be in our life following conditions that society is changing.

We continue to experience socialization. It is typical example that we enter a university, adapt to new situation, people, and atmosphere of media information college. I think character also influenced at socialization. Character and socialization can be different following personal home atmosphere.

As modern society changes rapidly, resocialization also occur in succession. Good example is that older people look for second jobs. There is nothing in old age as retirement is faster than past. Accordingly, they do resocialization as learning what they want to do and what they are good at. We think about what we will do after we are retirement.

Resocialization is very difficult. Because it is re-created new norms on our rules and customs already exist. Effort of the government is necessary to find the way for older people who make an effort for resocialization.
