According to Psychological Explanations, deviances are concerned with personal brain structure. 2. Mention & Question

When I was high school student, I only learned about anomie Theory, Structural-Functionalism, Conflict Theory and Labeling Theory and discriminative date theory(?). After I read reading material, I first know about Psychological Explanations. Before, I can’t think that deviance is concerned with Brain Structure. Acquiring the Knowledge that I didn’t know is very happy thing.
These days, I undergo damage of time because of subway strike. According to Structural-Functionalism, this deviance (subway strike) is important role in society. But citizens that irrelevant with obtainable effect because of subway strike undergo many damage. I doubt if subway strike have importance.
