Summary and my thought

Deviation is a violation of cultural norms. That Deviation is divided two ways. It is the formal and informal deviation. For example, informal deviation includes weak, small behavior than formal deviation. But informal deviation includes robbery, murder, rape, In other words, it's a crime. So, who commits this crime, be punish.

In this wikibooks, 

First, I read interesting that video games, tatoo. I don't think that video games make people violent.

Because.game is simply help people to relieve stress. Also video games play alone. There is no one to chat, and no one to fight. On the other hand, online games make people violent. Because in online game, players compete each other.

Second, I read interesting that tatoo. In wikibooks, "For men it is to reinforce their masculinity and for women it is to enhance their femininity. This differences illustrates another way in which gender is an action.

But I think tatoo is not deviance. for example, 

the football legend 'David Beckham' has carved a tattoo to carve their children on body.

Likewise, Tatoo is not only reinforce their masculinity or femininity, but also carve one's children or Religious significance.
