Q : Why Koreans and Poles value the environment
 less than Americans, Australians, Chinese or Japanese?

A:First of all, the problem is uneducated about conservation of environment in childhood.
So  they don't know justification about that. And the Miracle of Hangang River is second.
Miracle of Hangang River is metaphor that the revival of Korea economy in 1960.
Although this results in the revival of economy, this also result in vast destruction of environment.
And another aspect, the Miracle of Hangang River's purpose is only progress of economy.
So environment,satisfaction and so on, is not considerated. this consiousness inherite to next age.
The next age's people became like formal ages. So they also have the consiousness of formal ages.
It's another reason that the korean may not value environment that another country people
