1. Summary

  Socialization is the process that people prepare the basic requirements in society like role, function and so on. People socialized differently, depending on race, religion, class, etc. Socialization is divided into two.: Primary Socialization and Secondary Socialization. Primary socialization – Primary socialization is usually occurred at young. Secondary Socialization – Secondary Socialization is occurred throughout people’s life. Also Socialization is divided by scale.: Broad Socialization and Narrow Socialization. Broad Socialization aims to promote self-expression, individualism. Narrow Socialization aims to promote obedience, conformity. Total institutions help the thing that people who don’t properly socialized re-socialize.
 If humans didn’t socialize, humans can’t adjust to society. In society, Socialization is essential to survive.
There are some theories about Socialization. Symbolic Interactionism is interrelating social interaction and result. Role Theory is acquiring appropriate norm, attitudes, etc. Reinforcement Theory is accommodating advantages. Internalization Theory is socializing by participate in many social organizations.

2. Mention & 3. Question

  I think that I have many socializations until now. Even though, as long as I live my life I will many socialize. I think that there is no limit to socialization until die. I have some worry. I’m very slow to socialize. I can’t prescribe my identity and role. I want to prescribe me in society. But I have many socializations to do. My role and identity will change as time goes on. Socialization is surely essential. How about you? Do you have know-how quickly to socialize?
