1) my feeling about last lecture.

 Last time, after the "what is sociology?", we begin to learn a new prezi. Through the past prezi, we have time to learn about sociology. Meanwhile, we learned sociology more deeply than before that we knew the basic sociology. In the new prezi, we will learn about the culture, the theme of "In Sociological Perspective Culture". I really have to work hard in the new culture class!

when I was high school student, I learned ‘socialization’ from 'socio-cultural' courses. So I really interested in this topic. Socialization is that 'In society, people interact with the members of society, and this process people acquire the values, skills, norms, and culture (necessary for the social life)’. We adapt to the society through socialization. And, In society, humans also form complex social relationships. “That man is a social being”. So if human leave community, they can not live alone. People live through interaction with society. In other words, socialization is the most important thing in human life. Humans are socializing over a all lifetime.

We done socialization when the infant by family and close other people. Here, we unconsciously formed the basic framework of identity in everyday life. If people did’t socialized properly when infancy, they will be social maladjustment. We will see that example in the posting by Seung Jae Lee classmate: (Child live in wild). If she would give appropriate socialization from family members or other people when infancy, she did not live with  wolves.

 In addition, humans that did primary socialization in early childhood and adolescence are will do the re-socialization over all life-time. Re-socialization is the process: society is changing every moment, so people have to learn new knowledge, values, etc. Through this process, people live and adapt to changing society. Examples of re-socialization: Information Education to old man, the military, foreign nationals learning other country culture. Specifically, the information society has gradually increased, and the elderly are not adapt to this society. So old man are learning IT training and elderly adapt to the changing society.

Human doing this socialization from birth to death, it plays an important role in the social life. In addition, the socialization process is also required to maintain the stability and order of the social structure.

 

3) My question in this link.

 The questions in this link is that I wonder a different example that failed primary socialization and did not adapt to living in society, instead the wolf girl who didn’t live human life. Classmates! give me a anther answer. I'm really happy to get the answer!

4)Last mention. 

 This week link is a context about socialization. As you can see from this link, we experience socialization process over all our life. Through this process, we able to live reliably and interact with others. In the future, society will change rapidly. Also I will do re-socialization and will survive through adaptation to changing society.
