Politics is activity that collect which opinion of peoples and make decisions.
Politics have three point.
1.Power : political power is often defined as the ability to influence the behavior of others.
2.Authority : Authority is very similar to 'power'. but! not same.
Authority is claim of legitimacy. Max Weber distinguished three types of legitimate authority.
first, Rational-legal authority. Modern societies depend on legal-rational authority.
second, Traditional authority. third, Charismatic authority.
3.Violence
The government has the right, based on its authority, to force people to behave in certain ways. and Types of Governments.
first, Monarchy! It was a common form of government at ancient and medieval times. Monarchy is a form of government that head of groups have implicit power.

second, Democracy is a form of government that people of country have sovereignty of country and hold for people of country. There are two principles. The first principle is that all people of country have equal access to power and the second, people enjoy universally recognized freedoms and liberties.
third, Totalitarianism is a form of government that individual have value of present in total. so the strong state power interfere and control national Life.
fourth, Oligarchy is a form of government that a few people and groups monopoly social and political power and exercise this power.
Fifth, Communist State is a form of government that deny private property and realize common property. good example, North Korea!
sixth, Theocracy is impractical. in this form government, The rulers claim that god give power of politics for them. and there is inequality in politics. for example, gender, age, race, etc.

At all times, politics is difficult existence for me. But today, I learned many things. umm.... I said my weak project is English. so, I can't feel everything of this writing. I will said things that I learned surely! Difference between power and authority. and I used to
think democracy is most ideal form of government. This thinking is more stronger. I couldn't have live country ruled by Monarchy, Totalitarianism and etc.

like you, i aslo felt politics difficult before.but now i feel politics to easy. and i think the most ideal democracy isn.t exist. there is nothing to satisfied all people.

ReplyDeleteI think ideal democracy is a minority of government can't ignore a majority of citizens. And two groups help each other by criticizing each other.
