Summary
Race is that a group is categorized based on physical feature by external groups, and Ethnicity is that a group has shared past and culture is linked by themselves.
Racism is belief that one race is superior or inferior than others, so discriminative treatment is nature. Discrimination by race was serious. And recently it is continuing in spite of many effort for eliminating discrimination.

Also, Sex is assignment by natural biological characteristics, and Gender is assignment by culturally inherent disposition. Sex and Gender are not immutable.
Sexism is belief that one sex(or gender) is superior or inferior than another. sexism is also serious, and recently discourse about reverse sexism is appearing.

Opinion
When I see this weekly reading, I could understand easily by reflecting on today’s domestic and international conditions.
The three nation, Korea, China, Japan of Northeast Asia, have own ethnicity(national consciousness). This nations continued to conflict in the past, and though this nations try to interact positively today, they still has prejudice to each other. When I think just ‘Race’, first I imaged ‘Black’ and ‘White’. When I reflect Three nations of Northeast Asia on this contents, However, I realize that It is also associated with me through this reading.
Also, in recent korea, debates about Sexism are fierce, because women are struggling for eliminating sexism, that continued from the past. It is appear to debate about reverse sexism in the process that women eliminate sexism, So Korea is confused situation. for all read this reading, I think it is deeply associated with me. Sexism may be one of important factor make korea confusing.
I think this readings are contents that can discover easier in society.
