#a : International Relations / The causes of war
Summary and my thought
'War' is a military conflict between nations, and there are various factors in the cause of war. According to many theories, we can understand "why war is cuase."
First, Psychologists asserted that human nature is intrinsically violent.
Second, Anthropologists take many different views of war.
Also, They do not consider between many forms of human violence.
Third, Many sociologists tried to split wars into different types to get much better mutual relations, but it has also spawn mixed consequences.
Fourth, Information Theory is a new access to see at the role of information in the outbreak of wars.
This theory is developed by scholars of international relations, such as Geoffrey Blainey, assert that all wars are based on a scarcity of information.
Fifth,Economic theorists argued that wars are caused by seeking of new marketplaces, of natural resources, and of wealth. And also, The economic theories also compound a part of the Marxist theory of war, and that argues that all war outbreak by the class war.
I agreed with Economic theorists, and i am interested in this theory. Because historically, most of wars caused by seeking of new marketplaces, or resuources. So the europian powers colonized other nations or continet(Asia, Africa, America, etc..)
Question
I want to know that what theory is interestd in other classmates .
