When social mobility is difficult and class inequality increase, the public feel discontent and skepticism about life.
Such discontent leads to social loafing for life.
Such social loafing give negative influence on economic and political part when I saw society as a whole.
Therefore, the charismatic leader is required to change the social loafing to positive emotions.
In addition, politicians use politically these unstable elements of the public.
They give the public elements that they want like solving inequality.
Society should be incorporated to help resolve social inequalities and the charismatic person is needed in order to integrate the society.
So, politicians try to become a charismatic leader.
Therefore, increased inequities of life, a charismatic leader like Hitler appear.
