Eleventh week posting: The cause of war, Conflict theory

1) Summary
Today I read article about the cause of war, conflict theory. And I summarize it. Most people don't want conflict and war. But in history, there are many wars. And many scholars analyze wars, they establish some theories.
In psychology, from human was born, they have violent nature. So, wars are Inevitable.
In anthropology, the scholar say human learn by nurture than nature. Because of our environment and our education, we are broken out wars.
In sociology, there are complex relations. Wars are decided by International reality.
In information, This theories say all wars are broken out on the basis of a lack of information. So, this theories claim that wars victory is determined by the factor of economic power.
In economy, wars are highly economic competition in the international system's performance.
In conflict theory, Marx claim that conflict cause by conflict between classes and socioeconomic classification. And this appear in modern society. In modern society, there are social stratification, wealth and power inequality and drug abuse and crime.

2) Mention
I read today article very well. I think wars are very bad. Wars lose many people’s life and break many buildings and houses. But in history, there are many wars. Reason to break wars is because of education. I support anthropological theories. Many people learn violent behavior naturally. So, without realizing it, we behave violently and as we grow up, we behave the same way. To resolve this problem, we do not show children to hit people and violent behavior. And we teach children good things
3) Question
I have one question for you. What theories do you see wars?
Among the theories in the article, I view that sociological theory is most similar to the cause of the war. Because the fact that sociological theory see the cause of the war in politics, economics, and society is similar to my thought that the causes of wars must be thought in various aspects.
ReplyDeleteI saw the posting this week and I noticed that there are various points of view, I still think that capitalism has spawned wars. War can not be seen as positive in any theory. It can never be justified.
