Capitalist economy is caused by the interaction of the five elements. First, it is a product that consists of the consumer goods and capital goods. (Although capital goods are a product that has not been created for consumption, it plays the role of a raw material.) Second, it is the money. Third, it is a means of production. Fourth, it is labor. Fifth, it is a production.

This article explains the role of producers and consumers. Producer attempts to influence the purchase decision of the consumer. On the other hand, Consumers affect the production pattern.

In a capitalist economy, the price of goods and services is controlled by a competition and supply and demand.

Karl Marx 

This article explains the relationship of supply and demand. I studied the graph of supply and demand. So, I was able to understand better.

This article speaks for the criticism of capitalism. "Capitalism encourages unequal distribution of wealth and power.

Socialism has a feature that society distribute resource all person by quantity of labor. However, it has a non-efficient aspect.

 I agree about the "criticism of capitalism." Because, I agree a conflict theory. I think that problem of passing down class is serious. Higher layers provide their children many chance by high wealth. But low lank is not.

And I disagree with socialism. It seems to be very peaceful. However, it has an exception. It is North Korea. Because, North Korea is an unequal country in socialist system. I think that socialism is very inefficient.

 Now, We live in the capitalist countries. Do you think that we live in a fair society? South Korea is a welfare state. Do you have received the benefits of adequate welfare? I think that it's no. We have to make measures. Can you solve this problem through the binding of socialism and capitalism? What is your thinking about that?
