(a)
There are a variety of methods people used such as logic, traditional, science, hypothesis, experience to get knowledge. In Sociology to be collected only scientifically validated information, scientifically validated information has to pass the required course of all four(Characterization, Hypothesis, Prediction, Testing). In addition, Sociologist use two method(the qualitative and quantitative research method), which may choose one thing with the purpose of study, or to use a mixture of both. There are ethics that researchers follow in the course of the study. This will be strictly obeyed to prevent the human rights violations that damaged the subjects for study.

(b)
Sociological theory is largely classified into macro and micro perspective. There are Structural-Functionalism, Conflict Theory related to the macro-perspective. Structural-Functionalism argues that society must remain in harmony. On the other hand, Conflict Theory argues that society is must grow through conflict and struggle. There are symbolic interactionism and role theory related to the micro-perspective. Symbolic interactionism pay attention to what they are exchange for some symbols and meanings in social activities. Role theory argues that each individual makes his or performs an action, named the role expected by others (social structure). Integration theory combines macroscopic and microscopic point of view is different from the previous system, a wide range of social theories to understand than ever before.

In case of this article, l'm very glad to it. Because some of article was what i learned before when i was study in high school. So I looked familiar concept and explanation.

In the part of Sociology theory, I can't understand 'Social Constructionism' concept.  Please inform me that anyone...
