1. Summary
As societies developed and more complex, economies that people use to satisfy their material needs also developed. From old times, economic activities such as trade, colonization and so on occurred. Since 16th, Capitalism developed and spread with Europe as the center.Capitalism worked by five factors.: Commodities, Money, Labour power, Means of production, Production. Capitalism looks good to people because freedom of people regarding economic activities. However, there is strong criticism. Critics say “Capitalism develop unequal distributions such as money, status and power in society, etc.". Socialism is way which can be free from the problems of Capitalism. Socialism is a theory which emphasize equality. But Socialism is not efficient. Because people regulated by leader and infringed free, people can't unconstrained activities of economy.
2. Mention
I'm very interested in two theories about economy. Socialism is very ideal theory. But frankly, I prefer Capitalism. However, I don't think that either one is best. Capitalism and Socialism have to harmonized. If leader choose one of two, economy necessarily face a problem. To overcome problems, harmony is necessary.
3. Question
I wonder why still some country(such as North Korea) adhere to socialism on situation that many countries adopt Capitalism. Most ofThe Socialist countries is poor and has many problems such as violations of human right.
I agree your opinion. We need to harmonize. But it is very difficult. We need to fine a suitable point.
ReplyDeleteI wondering the same thing. it's probably why maybe people think that civil liberties is more important than equal rights. It is just my opinion. I still wonder that. Have you ever thought that's reason after writing this posting?
