Class in the military

I want to talk about class.
There are various classes in society.Among them, I'd like to deal with the hierarchy in the army.
There is a exhaustive hierarchy in the army.
For example, there is a pattern for precursor-successor.
The successor should respect the appointment and follow suit.
But exceed the bounds, respect can be transformed into submission.
There is a lot of absurdities in the army.
A class of people spit insults at a low class.
And people in higher rank order lower classes.
Such irrationality is the negation of class society.
Although the classes have the advantage of establishing order, there are also disadvantages.
Ways to solve the problems of class society should be found.
