1.     How does bureaucracy form?

Bureaucracy has been created to work efficiently, but it is so misleading that it is used as the word conservatism.
This phenomenon tends to increase as the organization becomes larger.
Also, bureaucracy is prominent in countries where bureaucrats who form a privileged social stratum hold the power of politics and do not recognize leadership by the people.
However, these behaviors and forms are not limited to government bureaucrats, and can be seen in large groups such as political parties, businesses, and trade unions with these conditions. I believe that this kind of damage has been particularly severe in places where the modernization of society has been delayed.
For example, there are Germany, Japan, and Russia.

2.    How does one’s family or culture influence one’s actions?

Family is the most basic social group.
We always have to contribute to the community, and the most important group is the family. As a person is a member of a family, the ideological thoughts such as the values and personality beliefs of other family members are greatly affected.
But the family is also affected by the culture. Because family members are also members of a culture.
The culture of the person can be changed according to the culture.
