Q) Can we think of other examples of role strain or conflict, particularly in the Korean context?

The example I think is 'student' and 'housewife' in Korea. Korean students (especially high school students) study mainly for college entrance examination. If you do not have enough of your grades or if you can not overcome the pressure of the surroundings, then the student is at risk of falling into role strain.
As the economy continues to slump, Korea has become the majority of families with dual income. Therefore, housewives also have to work in society in order to live. In this process, sometimes child care and work overlap. In fact, this example is also famous as a representative example of role conflict.

Q) How do we shape our behavior because of others?

There may be a difference in each person, but we can not but be influenced by people we meet. People interact with each other and live their own identity in the process. Therefore, depending on who is interacting, I think that the existence of 'I' can change into various beings in society.

Q) Which characteristics of others shaped your impression of them? Social group membership (sex, race, ethnicity, class, others)? Physical appearance (dress, hairstyle, jewelry, height, attractiveness)? Verbal and nonverbal expression (movement, postures, gestures)?

I seem to judge the impressions of others in the second stage. At first, I see the person 's appearance (attractiveness, dress). It seems that the first thing that stands out leads the curiosity about him. Next, I'm interested in the verbal and nonverbal expression of the person (speech, gesture). This is because I thought I could show the inner element of the person that I had not seen before.
