Extra posting, joonhee Lee

Q) what is the function of war?

The function of the war is to give the two forces that caused the war incalculable injuries to all. Even if one of them wins, the war will take away the families of many peoples of the nation, the place of life, and the only thing left to them is the vanity and suffering. So I think of war as one of the worst harms in the world.

Q) what are the characteristics of modern social movements in Korea?

(alternative, redemptive, reformative, revolutionary)

I think that modern social movement in Korea is redemptive. One of the representative social movements in Korea is the recent 'Saturday rally'. The protest aims to break the chain of corruption deeply rooted in Korean society, including the current president, his aides, and the rich. What the protesters want is a radical reform of Korean politics, and modern politicians. Therefore, I believe that this is the example redemptive type of social movement is best used in Korea.

Q) Why people protest?

Demonstrations are one of the most aggressive expressions that citizens can use in a democratic society. Most democratic countries delegate power to him. However, it is unlikely that politicians will always act in the direction that citizens want. Also, the government may oppress the people and ignore them. In this situation, the people directly express the political expression they want to politicians directly. It is the act of carrying out the conviction by bumping into the government directly by itself. It does not matter if there is one protester or one million protesters. The important thing is to know what they say through the demonstration.
