Q) what is expected of men and women in home and workplace?

Judging from the existing point of view, the role of women and men has the expectation that women should be active at home and men should be active in the workshop. However, in the modern society where the boundaries of these roles are blurred, I think that we should respect the selection of roles according to individual competence rather than gender.

Q) where else can we see inequality of power and conflict in our society?

Inequality can exist in all activities that take place in society, such as home, business, politics, and the economy. Among them I looked at inequality in school. The members of the school are divided into two groups (teachers, students). At school, students are obliged to follow the teacher's words and may think that there is a force imbalance in this process. In addition, students can sometimes see their own hierarchical order using force from time to time. Inequality can also exist among teachers. For example, teachers who join a particular group or group may be discriminated against or ignored without reason. We can think of these various inequalities in schools that we take for granted.

Q) why is terrorism seen as such a danger, if so few people have been affected by it?

Even though the number of victims is not large, many people feel sympathy and fear of the pain caused by terrorism. In modern society, terrorism expresses repulsion towards a specific group as an indiscriminate attack. Because of this, every person in the world has the potential to become a victim of terrorism at any time. Therefore, these fears will call for solutions to prevent terrorism and will express sincere condolences to the victims.
