1.     Can we make the schools more useful?

-      Currently, most students in Korea are aware of the tragedy of reality. They know that wealth and power are the only way to succeed. In order for the school to be useful, it must be able to erase such awareness. Although it is not a solution to solve social problems, However, if the school can instill hope and enthusiasm for the students, the school will be useful.

2.     What is more important: the actions of individuals or the environment that influences them?

-      I think the environment is more important. Even if an individual does his or her own actions, the individual is ignored unless the surrounding environment permits it. No matter how right they are, they are ignored. I have learned in psychology. If the majority of people say 1 to 2, the other one recognizes it as 2. The environment must lead the individual to the right path.

3.     How do we shape our behavior because of others?

-      We are always conscious of the reactions of people around us. We avoid behaviors that they think are not right. This has the advantage of being able to have a socialization process on its own. But it has the disadvantage of losing its personality. Therefore, we sometimes need to ignore the perception of people around us.
