-Howe et al. recommend that if Korea wants to remain an economic power as it is today, it will have to be more open to women who want to have both kids and career. Would you agree or disagree with them?

I agree with them.

Why should a woman give up career when birth to a child?

I think this argument can be sex discrimination.

A child is born with a man and a woman together.

So woman have a career, should be able to live an economic life,just like a man.

Naturally, when this happen,  of course the economy will develop.

Because women are economic producers and economic consumers at the same time.
