-Poverty in Korea is affecting mostly the elderly
Why do you think this is the case?
First, I think it is due to the industrial structure.
The average retirement age in Korea is 60 years old.
Compared to the current average life expectancy, this makes many older people fall into poverty.
Second, the actual welfare system for the elderly is lacking.
