Q: Why fewer women enroll in college/university in the korea than men?

In the past, men went to college more than women.
But now she's 20% more in college.
Since 2008, the ratio of female college students has surpassed that of male students.
I thought about why this change happened.

Q. why this change happened.

1.Korea society have a low employment rate of college graduates.
I think this is the ultimate cause and background.
So in this process, male students came to choose a career that they could do without having to go to college.
2.
And such a job (can do without having to go to college) is relatively easy for a man.
Like a production worker..
3.
"female colleges" can be the cause.

In Korea, there are 14 female colleges, but there is no male college.
